Every in-stock order is packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT) ship the following business day, with a tracking link sent the moment it leaves our warehouse.

A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours to activate — a stalled-looking link on day one is normal, not a sign anything went wrong.
Orders shipped outside Singapore may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authority. These charges belong to the recipient and aren't included in your order total.
If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, message us — we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement while it's investigated.
